ABOUT US

Christchurch Insulation is a sub-contractor of PIL Group Ltd and is part of the Government’s Warmer Kiwi Homes Programme which offers heavily subsidised ceiling and underfloor insulation for eligible homeowners.

HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

Eligible homeowners in most situations, expect to pay between $280 and $800, depending on the size of the house and whether you need ceiling or underfloor insulation, or both. The subsidy amount and amount to pay will be made clear on the free, no obligation quote.

Partial funding comes from the Warmer Kiwi Homes Programme, by the Energy Efficiency, Conservation Authority.

Just because insulation is visible in your ceiling or underfloor doesn't necessarily mean it complies with current government standards. WHAT INSULATION IS USED?

We use TemperTherm 100% Polyester Insulation, proudly made in New Zealand from 45% recycled fibers, including recycled plastics from milk bottles.

Unlike other insulation types, Polyester Insulation remains unaffected by moisture, insects, or vermin.
